Kidnap with Halle Berry 2017

Movie Blurb:

A typical afternoon in the park turns into a nightmare for single mom Karla Dyson (Academy Award winner Halle Berry) when her son suddenly disappears. Without a cell phone and knowing she has no time to wait for police help, Karla jumps in her own car and sets off in pursuit of the kidnappers. A relentless, edge-of-your seat chase ensues, where Karla must risk everything to not lose sight of her son.

My Thoughts:
This movie had my anxiety on level 10. I love that. It kept me going through the whole movie. The acting was amazing like always with Halle Berry. The kidnappers did accomplish their part in being terrifying and creepy.
Towards the end of the film, the tone transfers into a scary atmosphere with jump scares and I think that built the climax of the movie pretty well. The action was great to watch too all throughout the film. All in all, Kidnap isn’t a bad viewing option at all, and I absolutely would recommend it.

4 STARS!!!!
Definitely Gisell Approved!

HOLLYWOOD DIRT! (Coming in September)

Coming in September!

Filming has already concluded, and the movie will release in September 2017, on PassionFlix's streaming platform, accessible on the PassionFlix app and on PassionFlix.com.

A romance movie is being shot in Augusta over the next few weeks.
“Hollywood Dirt” is based on the New York Times bestselling book by Alessandra Torre. Please come back to this post for my total review on this movie!

I love when movies are from books. I am a book lover and also an author. Come back SOON!

Synopsis:
Cole Masten. Abandoned by his superstar wife, Hollywood’s Perfect Husband is now Hollywood’s Sexiest Bachelor: partying hard and screwing even harder. Watch out Los Angeles, there's a new bad boy in town. Summer Jenkins. That’s me, a small town girl stuck in Quincy, Georgia. I cook some mean chicken and dumplins, can bluff a grown man out of his savings in poker, and was voted Most Friendly my senior year. We were from different worlds. Our lives shouldn’t have collided. But then Cole Masten read a book about my small town. And six months later, his jet landed on our dusty airstrip, and he brought Hollywood with him. From the start, I knew he was trouble. For our town. And for me. Sometimes, opposites just aren’t meant to attract.
